This tool is for managing projects consistently.

Project Consistency Manager allows to create multiple new client/project folders, manage existing client/project folders as well as multiple existing client/project files consistently and automatically. Users are not going to need any scripts or knowledge of programming. This product is compatible with Windows 8, 7, Vista and XP. This is a useful tool for project managers, account managers, lawyers, teachers, IT professionals and other business users who need to manage their client/project folder structures consistently. It is possible to use a custom file-folder naming convention and organization methods. Two types of templates help the file creation process quickly and consistently. Using templates you can create multiple project folder structures (up to 30000) or repeat the creation of the same folder structures multiple times.File/folder creation is independent of drive/directory. Data can be imported/exported in CSV, MS (Microsoft) or MAC (Apple) compatible templates. This tool provides the capability to manage deep folder structures that include a huge number of folders. Long numbers could be used in folder naming and sequential numbers can be created for folder names.

You can simulate the file naming. Simulation of the complete file-folder process without actually creating, copying, deleting, or renaming files/folders on the hard drive is a safe way of confirming the file naming works correctly. You can ensure the naming could be repeated without compromising existing folder structures. Folder lists could be exported for further processing. These two processes could be used in combination too. Folder structures to folder lists can be built automatically and sub-folders from multiple sub-folder levels to an input folder list can be automatically collected. There are various other very useful features. This is a very good tool.
